Then in 1997, Cross Harness Supply and Embroidery added a showroom with a 12-needle embroidery machine. Later, a 15-needle machine was added to allow for more efficient production. With the new technology of the software, many different logos can be created for our customers, whether it is a business, personal or personalized gifts for weddings, babies, or school logos. We have unlimited designs available to choose from.

Many new items have been added to the giftware selection, including a line of Arthur Court Giftware for wedding gifts or special occasion gifts. A new line for children was added, including backpacks, pencils, notepads, wallets, lunch bags, etc. Also we have the letterman's jacket for the high school students. We have many different styles and colors of jackets available to custom order. And students have many choices of school logos to customize their jacket to make it unique.
